With over 20 years of experience in motorsport, I bring a wealth of knowledge across multiple racing categories and team structures. I integrate seamlessly into your organisation to coordinate and lead trackside operations, and to ensure compliance with the Sporting Regulations.

My leadership style is calm, decisive, and highly organised, enabling every team member to perform at their best. I thrive in high-pressure environments and excel at coordinating multilingual teams across international events.

Fluent in English, Italian, and German, I ensure clear communication in any paddock, bridging cultural and operational gaps to deliver successful race weekend execution.

My goal is simple: to apply my extensive experience and skills to help your team achieve its full potential, whether managing a single-car programme or coordinating multi-car operations at the highest levels of motorsport.

Motorsport Services

Team & Driver Coordination

Main point of contact for team, drivers, officials, and suppliers
Manage all race / test administration and documentation
Coordinate team communications and operational workflows
Driver operations coordination

Race & Test Operations

Plan and organise all test days and race events
Manage paddock operations and supplier orders and invoicing
Control pass allocation for personnel and guests

Sporting Regulations

Apply and enforce all Sporting Regulations
Attend official briefings and represent the team
Act as liaison to Race Director, Stewards and Officials
